KAREN MELVILLE

CONTROLLER

Karen grew up in California with dreams of being a veterinarian. Instead, she became active in the movements for social change in college–participating in and helping to organize demonstrations against the Vietnam War and for women’s reproductive rights. She continues to be committed to the principles of inclusion, equality & social justice.

When Karen isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ed & their cat Abby.

Karen is an owner & the controller at GSBS, overseeing the day to day financial activities of the firm.
