Amy Tetreault-Nelson
Architect
AIA, NOMA
Amy is a proud Idahoan and loves adventure—the ultimate reason that brought her to Salt Lake City for university. After receiving her undergraduate and master's degree in architecture, the mountains and downtown life kept her in Utah. As a social butterfly, Amy has always had a passion for people. She carries this same love into her designs and her career, by focusing heavily on universal design and hospitality and public projects.
A typical weekend for Amy consists of game nights with friends, going to a Jazz game, or trying new local breweries with her significant other. When she is home, Amy is often rewatching Grey’s Anatomy or working on a new craft project. Amy, post-coffee, will always have a smile on her face, and she is always happy to put a smile on others’!
Amy is an architectural technician in the process of obtaining her architectural license. She is also heavily involved in the Forum, the emerging professionals group at GSBS. Though already a skilled technician and talented designer, Amy is always pushing herself to learn new things.
