SHAWN HILL

Planner

Shawn is an urban planner with 20 years of planning, conservation, and affordable housing experience. Prior to GSBS, Shawn was the executive director of several conservation NGOs with a mission to protect ecology in the Northern Rockies through sound land use planning.  

In his spare time, Shawn enjoys skiing, travelling, mountain biking, and quiet evenings among old friends and old dogs. He is often traveling or making plans to travel, preferably to places no one has heard of.

Shawn likes to work at the intersection of urban planning, design, and ecology. Born and raised in the Rockies, he seeks outcomes where people, communities, and ecology thrive together.
