Erika’s passion for urban planning and design began from a young age, watching the revitalization of her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. She enjoys diving into different community cultures, working from a “place-based” approach to create the biggest impacts.

After graduation, Erika moved to Utah to be closer to the mountains and world class skiing. When not in the office, you can find Erika out on the slopes, camping, white water rafting, or enjoying other activities outdoors. She is also a pretty good chef, and is quite adept at cooking over a fire pit.

Erika is a planner, working to bring improving community health outcomes and sustainability into the forefront of projects. Her background in urban design, active transportation planning, and universal design brought her to GSBS in 2022.
