CHAD FARLEY
Architect
AIA
As a kid, Chad enjoyed building with Legos, playing SimCity, and “reading” house-plan magazines. As an adult he isn’t much different. Chad has a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a master’s degree in Architecture, along with a certificate in Urban Design. He enjoys living in downtown Salt Lake, and is keenly interested in the issues of urban redevelopment, bicycling, and transit.
In his free time, Chad enjoys curling up with a good novel, trying new restaurants, caring for his houseplants, and exploring the city by bike and by foot. He is happiest when traveling, and although he hasn’t traveled as much as he’d like, his favorite past travels have been to Rome, Tokyo, Chicago, Mexico City, and Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater.
Chad is working toward licensure as an architect. Since joining GSBS he has been heavily involved in the design of new VA clinics across the Mountain West, helping ensure our Veterans get the highest quality of care. He is also a member GSBS’ social media team.
