Big Sky Resort is getting a new mid-mountain facility to serve as both the terminus of a new gondola, and the base of a new tram to the top of 11,000-foot Lone Mountain. The station will offer world-class dining and spectacular 280-degree views up to the peak and down to the valley below. GSBS is also designing the gondola base facility and a tram station on the top of Lone Peak where guests can take in the 100-mile views. Now even visitors who don’t ski will be able to ride all the way to legendary Lone Peak in comfort.
