Liz is a native Utahn with a constant curiosity about the natural and built world around her. With a background in interior design, urban planning, and sustainability, she’s always thinking about what shapes spaces and communities—whether she’s touring a cultural museum or looking up a city’s sign code just for fun.

She loves travel, disc golf, foraging, backpacking (basically anything involving camping and hiking), cross-country skiing, gardening, and scouting out great restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Exploring new places is even better when she’s with her husband and daughter.

Planning and design are deep-seated passions for Liz. As a Planner, she balances managing projects with engaging the public at community events—all while keeping in mind what makes each project unique. A little municipal code and master plan reading is the cherry on top!
