Temporary Receptionist/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Utah OFFICE
GSBS Architects has an opening for a temporary, part-time receptionist/administrative assistant.
The position will last about 60 days – January 6th to February 28, 2025.
Hours will be Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (25 hours per week).
We are looking for someone who is dependable, with a customer service orientation. This includes good verbal communication skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality. A basic working knowledge of MS Word & Excel is preferred.
The position includes greeting office visitors, answering phones, assisting with conference room & lunch set up for meetings, and other general tasks as needed.
Salary - $20.00 per hour
