Jeff Coons

Landscape Architecture

Jeff is blessed to have spent a significant amount of time in the mountains and deserts of Utah hiking, camping, and exploring the nooks and crannies of the natural world. That, combined with working at a summer camp, gave him a deep appreciation for the natural world and our connection to it. So naturally that led him to study landscape architecture at the University of New Mexico where he could design places that connect us to the wild and natural spaces around us.

When Jeff isn’t working, he spends his time with his family, exploring and soaking in the beauty and wonder of the world around us. He enjoys a good book, finding a geocache, launching a rocket, or sketching something that he saw on an adventure.

Jeff currently works in our Site Group, leveraging his experience in BIM, site design, and documentation to make projects more sustainable and beautiful. His projects include a little bit of everything. He is a strong believer that every project has an impact on the world, and our responsibility is to make it better than when we found it.
